Silicone Foam Dressings
MedVance® Silicone Foam Dressing with Border is an absorbent self-adherent island dressing consisting of polyurethane (PU) foam coated with soft and hypoallergenic silicone adhesive and breathable polyurethane film. The highly absorbent foam pad can absorb large amount of wound exudate and the soft silicone adhesive acts as a gentle wound contact layer and border which sticks to the skin around the wound but does not stick to the wound bed providing atraumatic and pain free removal at dressing changes.
